Professional Fallers

White Horse maintains an agreement with the US Forest Service to provide timber fallers to assist in the suppression of wildland fires. Our professional fallers are prepared to mobilize national throughout the fire season.

We run a skyline timber harvesting operation based in Mineral County serving Western Montana.

Wildland Fire Training

Every year we provide NWCG approved wildland fire classes. We start with the Annual Fireline Safety Refresher course in the spring and continue with S-212 Wildland Chainsaws, Engine Boss and Task Force Leader just to name a few. Our students include USFS employees, Local Fire Departments and contractors.
